yoga teachers circle: community, inquiry, Q&A, practice, evolution

Yoga Teachers Circle is:

  • a monthly 90 minute online gathering for yoga teachers where you’ll deepen your practice

  • donation based so open to all teachers regardless of their income

  • a place of inquiry where discuss a topic related to sharing yoga

  • a non-judgemental space where you can freely ask any questions

  • a community of yoga teachers

  • a place where together we can spark hope in these troubled times

  • a way for you to receive my support donation based instead of during more expensive private mentorships

Next circle: September 26, 8-9:30pm CEST open to all yoga teachers and yoga teachers in training. Limited spots. Join here.

‘Practicing with Eliza is such a special experience. She makes you feel connected to her and others practicing - despite it being online and even at times recorded (as I am in a different time zone). Her classes feel organic, yet still so intentional; challenging, but with levels of modifications so we can meet on our mats where we are in that moment; she is so knowledgable, but she shares with us in a way that is so open and accessible. And most importantly to me -  she makes yoga JOYFUL!!  It is a gift to meet her on the mat.’
