class Q&A

  • Not at all: my classes are always open to all levels as I offer various options for most practices to make them accessible. I have both new beginners as well as experienced practitioners in class.

  • You don’t have to throughout the class. However, I always want to check there’s a real person behind the camera for other student’s safety, so everyone always has their camera on when we start. Then you can choose to switch it off, but all my students tend to leave their camera on so I can keep them safe throughout the class.

  • Most of the time I can adjust the practice to injuries, unless it’s a very severe injury or it makes you completely immobile. In which case a private class would be more suitable so we can adjust the practice to exactly what you need.
