Welcome (again) to your postpartum journey!

I know this might not seem like the time to take care of yourself when there’s a tiny little babe needing you 24/7.

But wouldn’t it be wonderful to feel balanced, radiant & calm again while you’re taking care of everything else?

As mama of 1-year-old Leo I know how days can be so tiring that there’s little head space & energy left to think of our own wellbeing.

Why not let someone else do the thinking for you?

In this 4 week Postpartum Plan I’ve done all the planning and thinking for you on how to gently guide you back into movement, create a strong core and feel more like yourself again.

And it will take just 10 minutes, twice a week.

This progam will:

  • Help you get back into exercise postpartum & regain your core strength (and remember that it’s never too late to start with this: even years after giving birth you still recover those deep core muscles)
  • Give you confidence & clarity to deal with the intensity of motherhood
  • Provide tools to feel calm and balanced again.

How does this work?

This Postpartum Program will give you two videos each week: one with a strengthening flow and one with a relaxing practice.

These practices will build up your core a little bit each week and provide options for diasasis recti (abdominal split) and c-section recovery. And since it’s self-led, you can easily take a break if you have a tough week and need to go slower.

Next to these weekly videos, you’ll receive a plan (in pdf) with quick little rituals that you can do every day to recover from childbirth and flow back to balance.

Trust me: my son is a little koala and doesn’t leave my side, doesn’t sleep that well at night and still I’m able to do these rituals, and practice some yoga or exercise each day.
