3 Personal Home Practices Designed For You
If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.
That’s literally all you need. So that means that every body can practice yoga! You don’t need a fancy mat, you don’t need any specific clothes and you certainly don’t need to be able to stand on your head.
Some of us might feel that a group yoga class just doesn’t work for them. The pace can be too fast, it might be too challenging or too gentle, maybe there’s not enough focus on individual needs due to group size. Or maybe you’ve suffered from an injury and need special adjustments to be able to practice.
This is where a private yoga teacher comes in.
In this Personal Home Practice Plan, we will meet online and talk about what you desire of your yoga practice, if you feel there are any imbalances in your body at the moment and what style you love.
After our chat I will then design 3 different practices for you, keeping your wishes, schedule and any imbalances in mind. You’ll receive:
- one morning practice (5-60 minutes, depending on your schedule)
- one evening practice (5-60 minutes, depending on your schedule)
- and one meditation practice (10 minutes)
These will be sent to you winton 24 hours after our call via email (in pdf).
You can use your practices for as long as you wish and if you feel you need a different practice, you can purchase a follow up practice with discount.

- one 30 minute live call via zoom
- one energising morning practice (5-60 minutes, depending on your schedule & wishes)
- one relaxing evening practice (5-60 minutes, depending on your schedule & wishes)
- one meditation (10 minutes)
