What will a Yoga & Ayurveda Session look like?
When you book a session with me, you’ll first receive a questionnaire that will determine your Ayurvedic body type & help me figure out what’s out of balance.
During our one hour call we’ll talk about these imbalances & your body and how I can help you with nutrition, yoga, daily rituals, exercise and essential oils. We’ll discuss your schedule and how we can fit in these healing practices so everything will feel effortless instead of forced.
After our call you’ll receive your personal Yoga & Ayurveda Plan in pdf.

My advice is based on the wonderful wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda: I’m an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and have been teaching yoga for 10 years. This combined wisdom of these sister sciences will create a perfect path for you to you feel like yourself again or find the balance your body has been craving for so long.
If you have a very small inbalance that’s only been there for a short time, one session is usually enough. If it’s lingering imbalance or if more than one thing is asking for your attention, I recommend booking two sessions (you’ll receive your first one with 20% discount in this case).
