In this workshop, nutritionist Hikari & I will give you very practical tools on how to honour the rhythm of our bodies with yoga, nutrition & Ayurveda.

Teachers

Hikari Hashimoto is a certified Holisctic Health Coach & nutritionist. She has helped many people cleanse their bodies with nutrition & lifestyle changes and is a star in creating a personalised plan for any type of person or situation.

Hikari trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently finishing her doctor’s degree. She’s a dear friend and has helped me many times with the right nutritional advice when no one else seemed to have a solution.

Eliza Coolsma is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher and has received ongoing education in Prana Vinyasa, Ayurveda and the Birthlight method.
