After giving your strength to your baby during pregnancy and birth, it’s essential to give that strength back to ourselves. However, there’s so much to do and so little time!
In this workshop, you’ll give back to YOU so you can fill your tank in order to give to your family. You’ll also learn quick and effective ways to restore balance even in the midst of the chaos of motherhood.
– grounding & strengthening Vinyasa Flow practice with breath-led movement, core restore work, breath work and meditation
– mini lecture on how to regain core strength and heal diastasis recti (abdominal split) anytime after birth (months or years)
– Ayurvedic wisdom for mothers and Q&A on nutrition, yoga and lifestyle for mothers
– restorative yoga practice for deep relaxation
