Hi, I’m Eliza. Vinyasa & Restorative yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, mother of Leo and former journalist.
In everything I do – teaching, moving, writing, parenting, eating, living – I try to live as close to nature’s rhythms as I can, which makes my life simple and simultaneously keeps me deeply connected to our inner being.
And I love for you to experience the same.
If you’ve been feeling the inner pull towards a life that has both the magic of living in line with your purpose and the simplicity of daily rituals that keep you connected to that, we need to talk ; )
You can join my weekly yoga classes in Madrid, book a private yoga or Ayurveda session online or join me on my retreats or Vinyasa Teacher Training.
And if you’re a yoga teacher, I’d love to assist you on your journey with in depth private support.
Now that you know me a bit, maybe you’d like to check out how to work with me.

Shauna Slingsby My mentor & yoga teacher. We met in Utrecht when we were both living in the Netherlands, and I instantly felt that she is my teacher. Shauna is the one who inspires me to be of service & to share what I love. With her, I never felt that yoga was a mere physical practice, it came right from her heart. I am so thankful for her love, guidance and wisdom! www.waveyoga.com
Helene Feilberg My yoga teacher during my magical months in Denmark. It was during one of her yoga classes that I decided to join the Vinyasa Yoga teacher training back home in the Netherlands. www.smilendeyoga.dk www.minonlineyoga.dk
My Mom My greatest teacher and inspiration.
Her way of being of service, her kindness & gratitude are the best inspiration I could ever have. She’s the strongest, sweetest woman I know! With all that she overcame in her life, she still believes that everything will be all right in the end. And if she can say it, it has to be true!
