Mama & Baby Yoga

Mamas, you know what I’m talking about: some days you don’t even have time to take a shower or go to the toilet!

So let’s be efficient & combine play time with your babe with a bit of yoga fir you.

This practice isn’t too long, so we’re diving right in with some (safe) postpartum core strengtheners and lovely stretches for your (probably tired) legs.

Plus: your babe will love it too as I’ve incorporated some really fun Mama & Baby poses.
